My little Jimny...
It's a daily driver so not much of a lift on it, just enough to make it look "right"
It's got a set of Bits4Vits spring spacers, a pair of front Rough Country shocks, and a pair of BIGJIMNY (of course!) rear shock spacer / repositioners, a set of wheel spacers, and to finish it off a set of Maxxis Trepador chunky mud tyres in standard size 205/75s - as it's a daily driver.
Soft-top is nice for the summer, just fold back the front piece, but the back is a PITA getting into the "boot".

Hi Dave which Rough County shocks have you fitted. Are they Hydro 8000s, hows the ride compared to standard Jimny?

Evening! Sorry, have been offline for a bit, fighting with a Virus / Malware on my PC...
MKay -will post some pictures tomorrow of the tyres, but here's the picture that sold them to me
And they're a new tyre, not a remould, and I thought they were reasonably priced.
As said before, went for the stock size so as not to effect gearing on this, my daily driver.
RedOne - Will check on the shocks... they went on quick, as at the time I was lifting the Jimny I was heading down to West Sussex - from the top of North Wales! - to watch the inaugrual "British Dirt" Racing organised by Rob and the ORA... and I had to cut the front shock nuts off with a nut splitter, and caught the threads! So, the only shocks I had were +1/5" Vitara rears that I had off Dave @ Llama4x4 to size up, so frantically measuring them and a call to Rob @ the ORA to confirm, and on they went...
Perfect fit, dead lucky...
And a lovely ride too... will get some rears to match one of these days...
And did get all the way down to Sussex and back to be there for the first British Dirt! :woohoo: There and back in two days...

Bargain, £255 including the transfer fee...
I bet they were kicking themselves when they saw the invoice address "Bits4Vits" Ltd.
Just struck lucky, a couple of beers, and I thought, I wonder if it's available...

thanks for the reply dave. I am looking into options for a small lift either spring spacers or a 2inch spring/shock kit. Interested to know what people are using to extend/replace front shocks when using spacers. Dont want to wreck on road handling to much!!
