Thanks for the support. I've got them wired in now. Absolute Stunners!
Thought I'd upload a few pics.. although im sure it's nothing you've never seen before !

Nice job on the roof spotties mate!

Would it be possible to run the wire's the same way, with the aerial still in?

Not sure mate. The cable for the aerial is pretty thick and the column isn't as wide as it looks from the outside. Plus .. the cable i used for my lights was a bit of an overkill.. - it was much thicker than i needed. but better safe than sorry !

If you found relatively small cables for both the aerial and lights, i'm sure they'd both fit. But it would mean replacing both.

The aerial holder is drilled out bigger to fit the fatter cable.. but you could just cuta 'V' from the edge to run a thin cable down so it doesn't disturb the aerial's hole! :)

.. if ANY of that makes sense. (you might have to reread it a few times!)
