I have a set of vitara manual front hubs on my jimny fitted using big jimny spacers, when they are in free mode they make a very faint ratcheting / clicking noise like some thing is only just catching, i have removed them and turned the splined part of the vitara hub by hand and it clicks then also. they have been on for a few months now and have been keeping them locked with the weather the way it is. They work perfect in 4wd, just wanted to check if this is normal, dont want to destroy them when i come to unlock them. Both hubs do the same thing.
