ok - what sounds like a knackered wheel bearing, fluctuates around bends like a knackered wheel bearing...but isn't a knackered wheel bearing?? :S
Well thats what my rather helpful local Suzuki Dealership is trying to work out. I bought the car in good faith with a no quibble one month bumper to bumper warranty - to which they have stuck to.
Since purchase date of 3rd Dec, they've fitted 2 new rear shocks, then OSR wheel bearing, then NSR wheel bearing this morning (Noise persists) So then they fit NSF bearing...noise still persists. So they have ordered OSF bearing to fit tomorrow to try rule that out, but the noise persists from the rear.
Any ideas?
What i can't believe is - for once i've come across a dealership who actually is willing to spend some money and time to try solve the problem - But ideas would be a great help as I think they're beginning to scratch their heads a little
Cheers guys!

Martin -
hmm...certainly isn't a rubbing noise that I'm getting - however, i've never been convinced that the noise is coming from the extremity of the running gear, more in the middle of the car somewhere...so i guess that it could be something like that. Any idea on the price of a new shaft? (dealership will cover cost anyway but its interesting to know...)
Gaz - The new parts from santa suzuki are much appreciated

Also I think you will find that a 3 month warranty is the legal minimum nowadays even on "sold as seen and trade" sales. A main stealer should know that............although to be fair they appear to be trying to solve the problem.
