Any idea on what the upper end road speed/rev relationship over standard config'?

Thanks

There are some companies who might be considered competent but personally I would prefer to build up a second box myself with commercial gear sets like sumo. But that's because I have both trust issues and a fairly useful skill base.

It all comes down to what car you got and what tyres you want, and how wildly you want to use the car offroad.

I have the later gen3 and have been pleased with a trailgear gear set and reinforced steel mounts for the transfer.
The later gen3 have lower diff gears so not so prone to breaking the transfer case.

If you have the earlier gen3 with large wheels and/or more HP and do hard offroading, a full cradle SJ-type transfer case would be smart.
I had an SJ with 31" tyres 4.16 :1 transfer gears and just the reinforced mounts. Did pretty hard offroading without going too wild, but with the 62hp engine I did not break stuff.
The SJ had more or less the same gearing as the early gen3 so it is almost comparable.
