It's vinyl. Not many of those left now. Try Renovo:

I use Protex Soft Top Restorer and then Protex Waterproofing.
www.amazon.co.uk/stores/page/D7EA60C9-15...f975757&ref_=ast_bln
If it’s really mucky it’s best to clean it first, then apply the restorer and finally the waterproofer. It took me 3 days to do my Boxster last summer, letting each step dry first.
The restorer is like black paint, it’s brushed on, so it’s best to wear gloves and have something covering the paint work, although it does wipe off easily.

My old SJ410 soft top is faded like I want it to suit the rest of the faded car, but bought some product to clear and polish the vinyl windows that didn't help much.
Does anyone have any recommendation for the windows?
Maybe the same stuff except the black products?

Renovo do a plastic window polish, but I couldn't say how good it is.
My Boxster came with two bottles of plastic window cleaner/polish, I think they got left in there after a service. To be honest I hardly ever use them and just use Autoglm Fast Glass when it needs cleaning/polish.
The problem is when plastic gets old it fogs and also goes hard (brittle) at that point it seems like the only solution is to replace the window.
My Boxster window split in winter a few years ago, I did find a place which would fit a new window, but I found a complete roof on eBay for slightly less money so went for the replacement roof. My old roof was sold on eBay to someone who was going to refurbish it.
I did replace a clear window on a sail a few years ago (about the same size as a car window), I just unpicked the stitching and then hand stitched the new window (already cut to the right size) in using the original holes with a sail makers needle and whipping twine. It took a fair while to do but looked pretty good at the end. It would have been better to find a sailmaker with a sewing machine, but that would have pushed up the cost.
I would do my Boxster that way, except you need the roof off and I keep the car outside.
