And with a bit of design thought a bracket could be made to allow access to the fuses. That's not the point. The point is there are a number of options with a little bit of thought.

  In the end here is the solution I found, fixed with 3 brackets to the wing I think it's an excellent position

I don't think you would get that box on top of the fuse box.
