With extended bump stops, it should work. It sounds like you understand that the Jimnybits link is poorly worded. They don't give the shocks an extra 1.5 inch increase in length. They only move the mounting location by 1.5 inches.
If you haven't thought through all the impacts, do you understand that, by extending the bump stops, you will likely be losing some wheel travel?

As above, all that you gain from relocation brackets is moving the existing suspension articulation, the standard dampers are still going to be the limiting factor for how much the wheels can move. Longer matching dampers to suit your new springs will allow your wheels to move more. I would sooner pay the difference and get the full benefit of lifting the car.

The shock spacers are pointless. It's definitely worth paying extra for longer shocks.
If you want a lift to accommodate bigger tyres I'd recommend a body lift. You gain tyre clearance without such a dramatic increase in the centre of gravity, and you maintain the standard suspension which is a lot better than many realise. That said on an older Jimny your springs and shocks will probably be due replacement anyway.
