Grab it from way under and it wil unclip. Pull further towards you and more wil unclip. Work up until all has been unclipped. See my photo. It is only for this section removal

The big round blank, is where the button is for keyless ignition, in the markets that get it.

I have put a USB socket with Volts read out in there to fast charge my phone, the the inbuilt USB is only a slow charge.
