Not tried them, they are very cheap for new gearsets. I think that might be the company Dave (S200KYS) got his roofrack for the gold jim from.
To run that reduction you would need to increase tyre size dramatically to maintain normal performance. My rockwatt box is 1.5 in high and is about perfect with 31" tyres. I would guess 32 - 33" tyres would match the gearset.

not drastically, but it depends what you want from it and where you are starting from.
For instance, if you have a standard t-box stick type t-box then the ratio (in high box) is 1.3. the rockobster is 1.5. Not a significant number, but it makes a fairly big difference. 1.6 is going to be a bit more. It will mean slightly higher than factory RPMs when 60+ mph. Not a problem, in fact a benefit, if your offroad all the time, but may be tiresome (and expensive) if on the road a lot. Tyres make a difference also, remoulds are bigger by nature than the stated size for example.

I’ve got kumho mt51 31x10.50x15, I do mostly on road driving as it’s my daily and I’ve noticed it’s slower to pull away. I do go off road at weekends
I want a lower low range but on other hand I don’t want to have it revving it’s nuts off all the time in high range but I know I can’t have it both ways.
I’m picking up an m16 engine on Friday so I’ll see if that can compensate for the tyres 1st.
