I'd love to get an Isuzu 1.7 in there but I don't have the know how to do all the faffing about and time or a place to do all the making up of brackets and everything else
and it would also take a while to do so I'd be lost without the Jim on a weekend

Depends on your ability, shouldn't be much more difficult than a G16B into a Sammy. Its a very common system so spare engine/electrical parts wouldn't be a problem, its really down to how easy/expensive it would be to source the parts to make it a bolt in.
Some Suzukis and a bunch of motorcycles.
