BTW, the Lockright manual that comes with the unit looks like it was printed in 1873 on a litho machine then copied by a blind feller in the dark.
It`s the most shockingly bad instruction/fitting thing I have ever seen.
You take your diff out, unbolt it all, throw out all the little cogwheels from the middle, drop the Lockright bits in instead and bolt it all back together.
Easy peasy
Or find one that someone has already built and tested.
And price will be £350, complete with spare halfshafts and an axle casing if you want them.

No luck required Adamjimny, go buy a Lockright from Bigjimny.com, buy a spare diff, get someone to assemble it for you then come back and tell me how much you just spent
