strange pop/click sound was created by barnes

hey all, just a quick question with the jimny before I get dirty under it, I've got a strange pop/click sound coming from what sounds like the springs/shocks it only happens when I go into a raised car park or on ruff ground when the jimny lifts on a slight bank. anyone have a idea of what it maybe? I have been told it could be the spring just relocating but it's just annoying now thanks matthew

I get a similer noise but its my tyres rubbing ageinst my arches

As with most problems a quick check yourself will tell you alot more than we can
Get under there check for lose bolts etc jiggle stuff about , have a poke around checking rubbers etc
Chances are it is just the springs but worth a check and gets you in a good habit :-)

are they common to move even at standard height? yeah I think it would be best cheers guys

Id say not normally on standard jims , on modded ones yes
It could be loose or worn bolts/bushes on the shocks or radius arms

Springs generally only make noises when the castor is out, so not on a standard car.

I'd be looking at shock bolts and/or radius arm bolts being a little loose or their bushes being knackered.
