Can these be purchased seperately or do they come with new rear shoes? I have Googled around but cant get an answer.

My brake pedal sometimes has a lot of travel and it has been suggested it might be the adjuster getting stuck so I thought I would just replace them if the shoes look OK.

Best just cleaning the adjuster you have. Wd40 and work it through its travel a few times until it is nice and free.

I know a man that has a spare pair somewhere if yours are beyond it

No off mine when I did the disc brake conversion :P . Did yours not have any I can't remember. I know you got drums with it? If you need some let me know barny. Cheers
