as above i am thinking of repainting my axles so i will get it all preped for painting

can i put some weld on diff guards with just draining oil or dose the diff have to come out etc

so its ok to just drop oil is it

what about axles truss and gusset i no that gusset the hub will have to come off

leave it in it will act as a cooling oil then drain it and fill with new oil

if your doing all that strip it right down but make shore the trusses dont worp the axel with the heat of welding
