Put it in the Vauxhall once. Quite frightening, as it was like water.
Seemed to work ok, as in it didn't seize up or anything.
Made no difference otherwise.

A Jinmy is supposed to use 10w30, (5w30 in a VVT I believe), but I just run mine on 10w40 semi-synthetic, basically, whatever is on offer when I need it, I think it had magnatec last time.

5W-30,10W-30 or 10W-40 is recomended in the Jimny workshop manual.
