drilling out rear shock mount bolt was created by robs5230
to do this job i can thoroughly recommend the dewalt extreme 12mm drill bit. kept cool with engine oil and used on a low speed these easily drill through the high tensile bolts and the remaining plug on the bolt tube.

I also did this and replaced with a straight through bolt, no worries now if it is to shear, just tap out and replace, just remember to keep 1 bolt spare in the boot.

i used engine head bolts much stronger
