Hi mate, yes it's normal to hear all sorts of cracks and bangs from your suspension, you soon get used to what is right and what is not, but at least you still have your spine!!!
I have been told that this can be largely eliminated by having your castor angles corrected on both axles, which i am yet to do but am seriously considering soon.
If no-one else on here with the correct castor angles on their lifted Jimny can tell you if the noises subsided when the castor correction was done, I'll let you know if I get mine sorted.

Yes, correct castor angles front and rear make a huge difference to the cracks and bangs, All I hear now is my interior trim rattles, and special tracs.
