Hi I have had an oil leak since I bought the Jimny. I thought I'd fixes it. I resealed the cam sensor which stopped but still have a bad leak else where. I think this one is from the where the gear box meets the engine. What is the seal/gasket called and has anyone had to change one on there Jimny before.
I'm coming in my mates Jimny he bought one last Sunday. Looking forward to it see u there Andy but thanks anyway. I think it's the engine side because its definatly engine oil not gear oil.
sounds like the crankshaft seal then not a hard job to sort out just undo the gearbox & take flywheel off pull old seal out & fit a new one & reasemble
