Warning !!!

Think twice before buying one of the cheap Jimny snorkels off Ebay !, I have had a nightmare of a job fitting one to mine this afternoon. I drilled the holes according to the provided template but it is miles out of line with the airbox entrance, also I have had to chisel away the butress from the top of the inner wing to make room for some air induction piping to get the snorkel & airbox to connect !!

So give it a miss unless your pretty good with the tools, I'm a gas engineer so it was not too difficult .

Seems rather brittle plastic and are a 2 piece unit bonded together, just hope it is watertight when it comes to deep water.

we can get the snorkels tested on new years eve mate if you know where there is any water xings.lol
