Hi I removed my inner arches last week and trimmed all the outer arches to fit my new wheels and tyres. My question is what everyone does after you have trimmed them, do you cut and replace the inners or just leave them off ???

Thanks
James

Mines butt naked under the arches. At the moment im just making sure i clean them thoroughly with the power wash every week. But i am going to get any of the surface rust neutralised and hopefully some sort of sealant ready for next winter. Its a summer job only i think.

I think im going to clean them up spray them to seal it, then wax oil them. I will cut my plastic arches to fit the gaps under neath I think. I have used expanding foam to fill the big gaps near the sills and doors to stop mud getting into them as it would be really hard to get out.

mine is too, but you get alot of muddy water in and around the door when power washing,
if you go throught deep muddy water, it goes up and into the holes to the engine bay and gets everthing covered.
