Lift kit confusion was created by HiJim
G,day guys
I'm in need of a 3 inch lift kit and I'm interested in the Ora kit and the tough dog kit. I also need. Bullbar which is $900 (aus). So the part I need your guys help with is the Ora kit is $2500 delivered but comes with a free bar, and the tough dog kit is $1300 but then + $900 for the bar. So is it worth going for the Ora kit just because of the prop spacer and extended radius arms, or are these items not worth the extra cost.
This is my first lift so I'm a little bit in the dark, but thanks in advance for any replies
Regards,
Mark

The ORA kit also has adjustable panhard rods and brake lines too don't forget.
In my opinion the ORA kit is one of the most cost effective and complete kits out there for the UK but once you've added your shipping I don't know how competitive it is anymore.
I know ORA has good shipping rates to Oz though, so that's down to your reasearch. The free bumper or bar as you call them down under ended today I think, unless they have extended it.
Let us know what you decide.

Mark had enquired about the kit and said that he would like to go ahead with the order a couple of days ago... So he will still get the Rocktober deal...

The tough dog kit is pretty crap.... the best thing about the kit is the Panhard rod's (over kill) and the rear shocks and spring's!!! Front spring's pretty average and so are the shocks...as for the castor bushs that come with the kit  not enough castor for the amount of lift IMO!!!
If i was to do the lift all over again, i would go 4.5" ORA springs/arm's, custom made brake line's, my current custom tough dog shocks with tough dog panhard rods! The issue is the cost of doing that, $250 AUD for the custom shock's ( 2 front's) and that was mate's rate's
