What Size Off Road Tyres was created by Ally
Going to get some new off road tyres and would like to know what is the biggest Recip tyres I can put on my standard Jimny without any fitting issues. Would 205/75R15 97P Recip Trial MT catch the arches. Any advice would be very much appreciated.

Thanks for the information, looking for a bit more axle clearance without going to extreme of body lift and bigger wheels so 195R15 Recip Trial Mud Terrain Retread Tyre which is 80/ profile might be the best option.

the 80 is the percentage of the width, so 80% of 195 is less than 75% of 215. So 215/75 r15 will give greater axel clearance than 195/80 r15.

I have just put on 215/75 r15 with no mods to suspension or anything and have no rubbing at all.
Though form doing a bit of research before buying mine I think if your Jimny is a newer shape (post 2005 ish) then arch and bumper mods are needed!
