our Jimmy rides like it's got no suspension! Had a look underneath today and found that the front are Pro comp and the back look like spax (yellow). this might explain the hard ride. what'd it be like with standard shocks and are they easy enough to change over?

Martin
2003 M13 early KAP build.
3" Trailmaster lift with 1.5 Spacers on front
Customised winch bumper and roll cage
235/85R16 Maxxis Bighorns on 16" Rims, 4:1 Rocklobster, Rear ARB locker and on-board air
Corrected arms all-round, rear disks, Recaro seats and harnesses
It depends what series the Procomp are. If they are 1000 series then they are as soft as the standard Suzuki ones. If they are 3000 or 9000 series then they are hard (9000's are VERY hard) and are not too good on the road.
The yellow ones could be Vauxhall Astra ones as these seem to be a popular conversion, or Rough Trax. No idea how these perform.

had a look and the front are Pro comp 1000 so 'soft' as they go. Blimey! The rears are Monroe but can't see any number.
guess that's that then.
