I've have 1.5 BITS4VITS spring spacers +7x15 modulars maxxus m/t 
all fitted in 2009 i use my jimny every day for work as for wear+tear it will depend on how old and how you maintain your jimny

cheers think al get the jimny on the road and get it lifted am in the middle of making new corners for the front bumper. when i bought the jimny it had been in small bump and broke the bumper and dented the wing. so this weekend is going to be fix that and get it on the road
