Howdie, now that the weather is getting better I thought I would try finding what's wrong with this heater. It's a basic Jimny so no aircon in it, but I am finding the air being pushed out of the system is pretty meek and it's not really hot at all.
I get no heat until the engine heats up a fair bit (takes a good 15miles and the temp gauge to around 1/3 high), and frequently have problems clearing condensation in the car. All it takes is a cold night and I'm stuck for 15minutes trying to clear up the car windows, which are still fairly foggy after that!
Any advice on what I should be looking at to narrow down and fix the problem. The control arms for the heater look all in place from what I can tell.
Many thanks.

Leave the engine running for about 15 mins see if temp guage rises check top rad hose it should be hot, if it is only warm it will be the thermostat, had this with mine changed thermostat, problem solved, simples
