Hi !

Arnold Clarks got a couple, a red 03 JLX with 54000 for £3488 at Stirling Toyota and silver 05 O2 with 53k for £4488 at Broxburn Fiat if it's of any help. Not too far away, no photo's on their website though. The prices seem to be calming down a wee bit since the snows melting, in November / December it looked like I could of sold mine for more than I paid for it a year ago

You're pretty much just across the Tay from me, moved to Inchture from just outside Perth last week.

Yeah, it looks nice but beyond my reach if I'm to embark on a few modifications too.

I'm up and down the Dunkeld Road Motor Mile in Perth every day, there's none just now but if any appear I'll give you a shout. Take it back about the prices calming down, just had a look on S1 cars and the cheapest is 6k in Inverness

There's one on Trovit for sale on piston heads that's already modified for £3100, but it's not exactly local ! Looks good but not really mildly modded

Hi! Thanks for the spots and keeping an eye out. I just spoke to Arnold Clark in Stirling and both those Jimnys have sadly already sold. Again, he reports they're going as fast as they get them in.

was in Brenwood this morning having a one way valve fitted to the rear screen wash (dont ask haha) i asked if they had anything in stock and they said no - however, the lovely woman at the service desk said that if u give them a call with a budget they will trawl up and down the country until they find you one...so perhaps worth a tinkle or a visit

I have to be the daftest! I sold mine last year on ebay, then regretted it, looked on ebay for another and found my old one. Its now sat on my drive again after a 650 mile round trip from Preston (Lancashire) to Kent and back on Boxing day. 650 miles with a 25ft car transporter on the back of my mothers shogun both ways all on 1 tank of diesel (about £110) Trailer rental £50 cash between christmas eve and new year. Plus many glucose drinks from the motorway services as I had to drive there and back in the day after spending a couple of hours re-wiring the lights so I was legal. Set off at 12 midday arrived home 3am, I was a little tired, but worth every penny!:)

Oh crikey! Believe it not, but your Jimny (and seeing your Teardrop caravan) is what convinced me and the Mrs into wanting to make the move to Jimnys. I really like what you've done with it. I don't want to mess you around though as I can't be certain when I'd be able to take the day away at short notice.

Ahh cool, I'm glad you like it :). Well me and the Jimny spend most our time in Newcastle as I work up here so thats a bit closer to Fife. No problem if you would like to see it sometime but are unsure when, I can make myself available whenever. Just drop me a PM and we can sort something out.

Also the Teardrop might be on the market if interested.

Cheers,

Adam
