My prop shaft seems to be stuck it’s not coming out I’ve taken all the bolts out and it’s not coming out is there any solution or should I take the transfer box out

You are not describing which end of the shaft is stuck.
The prop shaft flange has a circular lip that engages into a recess on the transfer case input flange. You need to push the prop shaft forward in direction of travel and into the gear box (the shaft has free movement there). Do an internet picture search of Jimny propshafts to see the lip I am talking about.
Also would be good to know what year model your Jimny is.

A few taps with a mallet on the prop shaft flange got it out for me. I managed to get mine back in without removing the transfer box but would’ve been a lot easier with it out.

Just did exactly this last night.
Give the UJ yoke that is stuck on the flange a mighty wack with the largest precision adjustment tool you have.
I find that a 2kg lump hammer has the exact precision and delicacy required
