Greetings. 1994 Suzuki Jimny Sierra Elk (JB31W) here. I am looking for a second place in which my VIN / Chassis ID is printed on the vehicle. So I've obviously found my metal VIN plate under the engine hood, but there should be a place on the chassis / frame (or somewhere else) that the vin is etched/printed again. I need to show two places it's written for clearing DMV registration where I am (one on the engine vin 'plate', one somewhere else (likely frame/chassis)... been through it before). Can anyone point me to where I can find this etching of the vin on the frame? I've looked all around and having a tough time ID'ing. Thank you very much.

frame rail outside, right side behind the front wheel, most often a bit forward from the axle.
Most often under the underseal so a bit of scraping should reveal it.

It was there on my 1992 but that one was spanishe made. been there on the other older japanese made I got or have had too.

Edit: Just went outside and took a picture of mine. This is a 1984 but they all been there on my SJ's. (10+ or so..)
