I have seen a couple of videos of the high peak back box for the gen 4. It looks and sounds really good. Does anyone have one on their Jimny, and what do you think. Does it have any adverse eefects on the car and would it be a problem at mot time?

There are two issues with exhausts, the first is that any exhaust fitted in the UK needs to be CE marked to say it complies with the regulations, these include noise levels.
Exhaust sound is probably not normally checked at MOT unless the tester thinks it is loud, in which case he might check the sound level and/or make sure the exhaust is CE marked.
However, the law on exhaust sound is rather more stringent, it says that
'It’s illegal to modify the exhaust system to make a vehicle noisier after it has been ‘type approved’ (checked it meets environmental and safety standards).'
This means the original Suzuki exhaust which will of course be quieter than the laws in any market it is intended for. It won't fail the MOT on this because the tester won't know how loud the standard exhaust was, but if the plod are having a noise reduction day you might get stopped and issued with a ticket.
The police used to set up road blocks on the popular motorcycle routes, they would check exhaust sound and also number plate letter height to make sure both complied, this was because large groups of noisy motorcycles drove along the quiet country lanes causing a disturbance to people.
Watching the video the High Peak sounds a lot louder than stock, but you might get away with it on a MOT, although I would question what is the gain, it won't make the car go any faster, it might use more fuel and it will certainly upset the neighbours.

Don't you have the db(a) on your registration docs?
Here it is clearly written "76,8db(a) at 3750rpm".

Nope, not a thing here. And Sorry Dr Robin, an aftermarket exhaust is not likely to be an issue at all, no idea what you are saying about C marked. Never seen such a thing, even on pattern parts. And considering the huge array of parts sold in the UK for vehicles, if it was a likely issue, it would be far more prevalent with people being in trouble.
On all the forums and all the car people I've known, I've never seen or heard of it being an issue.

Filipao I looked it up, it is 74dB for vehicles up to 2015 and 72dB for vehicles registered after 2015 in the UK.
300bhpton, sorry I meant ECE or E marked exhaust.

I have one on mine, fitted October '24 and have just had my MOT done today which passed without issue. The exhaust is not actually much louder than stock, but has a slightly deeper tone to it. Cabin wise it's noticeable but not massively so, definitely not overly intrusive.
I have the Suzuki towbar fitted to mine and with the stock rubber hangers it was liable to a bit of knocking on startup and shutting off engine, but I resolved that with some slightly longer hangers. Without the longer hangers, there was probably around 1mm between the top side of the backbox and the exhaust exit side side mount of the tow bar. If you've not got a tow bar the existing rubber hangers will be fine clearance wise.
The only issue I have with mine is that the back box doesn't have mushroom ends on the bars that slide into the hangers and mine slipped out eventually. I've now got a bit of rubber tubing and hoseclips on to make sure it doesn't do it again. Overall though I'm happy with mine.
