Hi everyone I've just joined your group to see if anyone can help me as I'm sure there are some really knowledgeable people on this group.
My problem is that I would like to buy some runner boards for my for my 2004 jimny. Most sites are stating 2012 models and I'm a bit afraid to buy them as they are pretty expensive and I don't want to make a mistake.
Can anyone tell me if the fittings for a 2012 jimny will fit my 2004 jimny.
I've been giving the old lady a huge makeover lately and this will be the finishing touch. I had to replace the spare tyre disc as some nice person cracked it at the supermarket and just left. Rear bumper cracked and scratched too. I've filled repaired and sprayed and valeted from top to bottom. She's not bad for an old lady.
Any info on this subject will be greatly appreciated.

The area that running boards attach to was unchanged from 1998 to 2018, so if they fit any Gen3 Jimny you can be sure they will fit yours.
