Generally speaking and based on experience the words "truth" and "facebook" do not go so well together.

I note the Jimny is the 5 door, so not sure this is intended to be for Europe. The Swace is a hybrid, I doubt they are going to bin this either, it’s a stepping stone to full electric.

The Swace is a rebadged Toyota, isn't it, like the Mazda 2 hybrid?

If it suddenly breaks, go back to the last thing that you did before it broke and start looking there

If it is true, then it will be the end of Suzuki cars UK. The bottom has dropped out of the UK EV market, and I can't see it picking up until The Ban, so unless they can bring a very very very cheap small EV out, there will be no market share for them here. Maybe that is The Plan, just pull out of the UK market altogether, and concentrate on Asia.
I'd imagine Maruti would keep knocking out the Jimny even if Japan does switch to EV production, or close the plant, so we should still be able to get spares at least.

l wouldn't be surprised if it was true, their range is limited and it may just not be worth their while to comply with the ever tightening emissions regulations in the U.K.
l hope not though, it would be a shame. However l can't find anything about it online, and you can still configure a new lgnis for factory order on the website.
