I put my 2007 Jimny in park, switched off and removed the key and the car keeps running. Heard a light clicking noise by the fuse box after the battery had run down …. Any ideas are welcome

Often a ground point loose somewhere, or the ignition switch have also been know to fail. The small brass pieces inside the white plastic in the ignition switch can come loose.

Sorry only general tips here, haven't heard of this issue on a jimny before.

How's your blow by?
Runs exactly the same as it did with the key on?
Also does it move out of park with the key out, and brake on? If so its probably the key switch as I believe the park interlock is electrical. Those with auto jimnys can confirm.
