Would help if there was any info on what head unit this was. Any labels or part numbers on it, what car and year model, or picture of the front?

It’s an aftermarket unit made by iNav, Philippines. Linux 3.x suggest about 7 years old. I am not sure it would have been an original Suzuki fit, but might have been for a far east market.
Probably best to search an iNav site.
