I've got a Suzuki Jimny from 2004 - It has a soft top but as far as I can see I need to replace the piece of metal that runs along the top of the boot door. I've peeled back a corner of the velcro material that surrounds it to check as you can  feel the bubbled rust under the material so ultimatley two questions:
1. Is the metal runner that holds one side of the poppers a piece that is avaliable  to buy or would it have to be fabricated - new holes put in with new popper bolts?
2. What kind of velcro material is used around this metal runner?  that adds holding the soft top on a nit tighter along with the poppers set into it

Any help appreciated! Thankyou in advance!
