Terry Lofley is doing a fancy build....

I hadn't been to Terry's workshop in some time, dropped by the other day and found this....

 

A perfect, freshly galvanised chassis...... It looks so nice you could hang it on the wall. 

Then he said look up.....

 
   

Fully converted pickup cab that is like new underneath and the coachwork on the back is to a very high standard, as usual for Terry's builds.

So his next build looks like a high spec pickup, full ground up rebuild with all new bearings/bushes and bolts throughout. 2" Black Raptor lift kit, new tyres, half leather interior, new carpets etc. A proper nice thing.

The chassis is shiniest thing... even the internals look fantastic.

were too busy on the shop floor to sit at the end of the day and load pictures and do wright ups on our work.
so, without you my good friend this build would go unnoticed and its projects like this that keeps this site alive, so massive thanks you and all the people that will follow.
I've done a few pick-ups now and gone with the Keswick green as I think it suites the type of vehicle these are, but it's not everyone's choice?
so, it's our intension to do the best we can on the build and advertise this vehicle in a fully premiered state, so a prospective buyer can have this painted to their colour choice, with two weeks turn round for collection. 
but in the meantime, any suggestions on colours that might suite would help.

it's a 2007 vvt model half leather with alloy wheels 100% spot on mechanical that suffered the dreaded rot issues, but it's being rebuilt with a 2013 body shell that's in mint, as new condition and been rust treated and covered in raptor coating to give the best future proofing that's available.

I dropped by Terry's this morning .....

Suspension, bearings, bushes and bits from Jimnybits, every nut, bolt, bracket and fixing has been zinc plated. Amazing how nice a load of small bits can look....
 

I am like a kid in a candy shop, it looks like the whole car will go together without getting your hands dirty. Everything will be new or fully refurbished, the only grease on the car will be put on during assembly. What a dream to build....

Just waiting on a few more parts this week and it should move forward in a big way, next week.
