My car jerk while acceleration

Hello everyone,

recently am facing a problem with my Jimny 2018 1.3 MT while accelaration especially on 1st and 2nd gear the car jerk ( rpm playing ) not normal acceleration. 
I tried troubleshoot this problem by the following :
1- looking for clogged air filter/ throttle body but it is clean .
2- already replaced spark plug before 10k km 
3- fuel system cleaner added to the fuel tank and the problem didnt solve yet.

If anyone knows how to fix it please help 

 

Does this only happen at a certain point in the rpm range for example 2000rpm or does it depend on how much load the engine is under for example full throttle pulling out into traffic or is it part throttle just cruising with the traffic?

When you say you have changed the spark plugs what made you do that, the factory iridium ones are usually good for 36000 miles? Also when you replaced the plugs did you tighten them correctly to 25Nm? Not doing so can lead to a flat spot in the rpm range around the 2000 range.

Since i brought it used i just changed the oil , filter and spark plugs.

The car jerk mostly in normal accelaration on a low rpm (maximum 3000rpm)
And also jerk when i remove my foot from the pedal i will post a video to show you

And yeah i forgot the spark plug replacing !
I dont think the mechanic he tighten it as the way you said (25 nm ) he just changed the old one with new one.
