My 2017 Jimny auto has started stalling on takeoff.
24,000kms on clock..has had 2 full services...and Ive owned it from new.
Its quite dangerous this problem.
Does anyone know what this problem is please?
Having owned it from new is it still under warranty, as the dealer should be fixing it? As to what it is caused by it could be a throttle position sensor issue? Is there any warning lights on the dashboard?

No dash warning lights.
Not sure if its still under warranty......I had permission at purchase time to take it to my usual garage for maintenance...but not in writing....the suzuki dealership is 120km drive away...so I will give them a ring tomorrow and see what they reckon...and if they void the warranty through their lack of integrity then I will need to book it in for a fixup at my usual garage.

Jimny love needs to be studied. Its a special kinda love, which i dont yet understand, but its there! and very real.
Its when you can tell the car salesman you will have the green one and will you paint the lower half of the Jimny in matt black to make it unique to you..and then put a seat heater on the drivers seat...and then you take it home and remove the back seats...leaving the front passenger seat for your handbag and etc...making it truly a one person vehicle....and then you can let it take you for a drive somewhere...anywhere...and when you arrive at the beach well you can go beyound the road edge and drive right on down and along the beach...and then you can let it drive you to the supermarket and easily navigate the psychotic carpark chaos..and coz youve removed the back seats.....load it up with your groceries....pop into the Hardware store for bits n pieces...and the garden supplies....and then head on back out of town and back up to your mountain cabin home sweet home...and not even bother that you dont have a garage for your Jimny......coz it doesnt really want one....It likes to be free ❤️

And the thing is they are like pets or kids, they don't get ill they give you an opportunity to show them how much they mean to you by letting you spend all your money on keeping them healthy. I'm now 14years into my Jimny relationship admittedly with 4 different individuals but they draw you in and before long they are irreparably wrapped around your soul.
