I know remoulds can come up a wee bit bigger than they strictly should, my question is hopefully fairly simple, do 215/75R15 Insa Saharas ( which theoretically should be just about fine on a bog standard Jimny ) fit without any rubbing issues ?
Thanks in advance for any answers, I've honestly searched through all the threads without finding anything, most Jimny's on here seem to be modified.

I hope so as I'm having some similar ones put on mine. Fedima Fronteira's which are currently sat in the back of mine ready for fitting tomorrow afternoon.

I'll be very interested to hear how well they fit and what the actual diameter of the tyre is, a 215/75R15 should have a diameter of 704 mm and of course a width of 215 mm, according to tiresize.com/comparison/ .
Surely a remould Mud tyre can't be too much more ?

Do you know whether that 714 mm will be a problem ?

Sorry, let me put it another way, does anybody know the maximum actual tyre diameter you can fit to a standard Jimny ?

I've now had mine fitted and I can confirm they fit spot on. Only thing he said he had trouble with was the plastic centre caps on the gen4. He was unsure how to remove them to balance the wheels properly so he did the best he could and charged me less. As I've not took the wheels off myself yet I can't really comment if it is a difficult thing to do or not.
