No dealer gives any other dealer a jimny there is too few stock for that, why wont they just be honest and say we want to make the most profit out of a car we wont be getting much of.

the sales team possible wont know what extras the manager wants to put on as he is likely paid on profit and the sales team are paid per car.


And then it's some great surprise that dealers are all tarred with the same brush of being disingenuous and on the make. It would surely be better for business to be honest and above board and not inflate prices as seems to be endemic at the moment with Suzuki.

I would agree, too any of these dealers look at the short term and will never get return business from those customers again.

Its just the lies some of these dealers come out with thats amazing, Well it came with the extras on it...... lol i mean come on

Ask the dealer if you can choose the extras. Chances are they aren't on the car yet so day you'll leave a deposit on the proviso that you can choose what you want in it. That way they get extras money and you get the stuff you actually need.

I get that they are probably trying it on a bit but it’s my first choice of spec and colour and I do actually want atleast some of the accessories (I did ask if they could just give me the accessories then I could choose what went on but they are already fitted apparently) and like I said it’s what I would consider a reasonable price so I was not going to say no

Thanks,You’re the second person to ask me that but it will take something big to make me say no to it, judging by what Martin posted yesterday SZ4’s will be pretty rare

Well it looks like I will be joining the ranks of Jimny owners!!

Got a call yesterday out of the blue saying one was available. Been in and done the deal today. Collecting middle of next week. Can’t wait is a massive understatement!

Also very impressed with the dealer. They have been superb so far.

Blue was my first choice. Then kinetic yellow. This chiffon ivory would have been 3rd. Glad it isn’t silver/black/white though.

So I’m quite happy with the colour.

Its not quite desert tan, but not far off. Jeep do something similar. Ironically my trials Land Rover is a fairly similar colour too.
