Hi, new here
I bought my jimny a few weeks ago, knowing the clutch was on its way out. Jot it back today, and i notice the gear change feels quite stiff/notchy. Just wondering if it is a trait with these, it doesnt crunch or anything.
Will get a photo up, in the my jimny section as soon as the mods start

Welcome!
I'm on my second Jimny and yes it can be a bit notchy but not terrible. They don't like going into first until at a complete stop.
I've had a new clutch put in mine since I've owned it but did not do the job myself as I have looked at the gearbox and read other people's comments in that it can be a pig of a job as I don't think it's possible to pull the gearbox back as much as would be ideal due to a cross member.
This is one reason why I got a Rocklobster as it takes alot of the strain off the clutch.
What do you plan to do with your Jimny now you hve it then?
And where are the essential Piccies???
