How hard a repair does this rust hole look?

Whilst slapping on some rust killer today my paintbrush exposed this on the front body mount where it meets the sill!
It's in for welding anyway at the weekend for the usual bits but I wasn't expecting this lol!
Any ideas how tricky a repair this is? My brothers failed his mot on a tiny hole in the rear bodymount so this is much more impressive!

That's reassuring thanks Keithy
The guy I use is good- the repairs he did for me three years ago are still fine. The weird thing is the other side is perfect?! I can't understand how that can happen!
The other mounts look ok I think. With bodymounts is it a case of removing loose rust, rust killer and top coat to hopefully nip it in the bud?
This Jim shows no trace of underseal- I don't think people expect them to rust underneath when the body is fine.

Not too bad a job really as I quite enjoy welding.

I just remove all the rot back to good metal and replace with new....the set of mounts forward of the rear wheels could be a bit of a bugger though....body off

Thankfully the rears are just surface rust so a good clean up, rust kill and underseal should save them!
Will report back with how the repair goes!
