Maxxis AT 771 tyres, any feedback from using them? was created by WARRIOR-GREY
After a bit of research I've decided that the Maxxis AT 771s look extremely good value. My L200 is on General Grabber AT2s which are very good on and off road but the tread can clog up on wet clay soil and they ain't cheap to buy either.
As a good value tyre the 771s seem to have come up trumps on review sites but I was wondering if anybody else on here had experience with them.
I'm off to the 4x4 tyre man on the Nottm/Derby border next week to have a look and get a price for a set of 5.

No experience of these but the tread looks a little 'closed' for sticky mud/clay otherwise im sure they will be great

Just rang up JCS 4x4 wheels and tyres and they can supply and fit 5x Maxxis 771 ATs for the fantastic sum of £355.
I'll be taking a trip to JCS in 2 weeks time and having a new set of boots fitted.

Ordered the Maxxis 771s and their being fitted on Thursday. After talking to the owner of the tyre shop I decided to go for 225 70 15s and still a bargain at £410 for 5 tyres fitted and balanced.
