I did a winch event where I had to winch a 90 and a disco all day long and they never flackerd ...
I ended up killing them one day by letting the battery strap short them out MY FAULT dum ass......

I not got 2 yellow top optimas which blow away the exides which I wouldn't have believed before ....

Here's a link i pinched from another forum which were doing some amazing deals on yellow tops
www.coastalrides.co.uk/index.php?route=p...h&filter_name=optima
I can pm where I got mine from .i did get a amazing deal on them that's why I went for yellow tops instead of the exides

Why do you keep asking the same questions over and over again?
Optima batteries are fine. But only slightly more expensive and far superior are Odyssey batteries, PC1500 is a very used battery for Comp use.
Odyssey and Exide are 2 different brands. I have Exide batteries in my jimny. Don't have the money for Odyssey.

had to use a snap-on jump starter every couple of weeks as it wouldn't hold enough charge to start it on a cold morning
The alternator had been tested and was fine
