No, it's twin motor conversion done by Flamin Fabrications. An Australian company

They been doing it for years, pretty popular down under.
It's very easy to install, but needs a slight modification to the "front" motor shaft. A 3mm deep, 3/8" keyway needs to be cut.
Also cost far less than a Gigglepin twintop, but of course, does not come with different ratios.

Jesus that mist put some strain on the 2nd motors pinion shaft where the drive gear fits

Was my thought as well.
But have never heard of a motors shaft break. So not really something that I worry about
