There's no bolting to the chassis it's all welds, the only thing you bolt on is the bumper and winch! And you have to take the ends of the chassis off with the old style bumper! The fit is perfect done like this, but i think you maybe confusing which type of bumper you have,so get in touch with Rob at ORA he'll sort you out :)
