I think that is the best Spare Wheel Delete I have seen. Exhaust really sets it off!

So today I got the Swift out of the garage, after correcting the MOT faults.

Making space for the Jimny that has no low gear and a major transfer case oil leak. Did manage to get the input flange out and change the oil seal without dismantling any other parts.
Hoping an oil change will help the actuator get the box into low.

I sent my 55 plate Jimny to the mechanic to give it a good old once over, as I've only owned it 3/4 weeks. I thought it would need a little work doing as its an older vehicle and probably mechanically tired, but as it had passed its MOT the day before I purchased it I thought nothing major would need to be done...

Then my mechanic sent me some photos. Gutted is an understatement, it shouldn't have passed its MOT! Chassis is cheese and then the sump started to leak! Such a shame as the exterior is tidy and the interior is immaculate.

If that's just had an MOT I'd be on to the test station asking how and telling them vosa will be being informed. I'd also be back to the supplier suggesting that they cover the putting right. That's a disgrace.
