ours is made out of the same 48mm od tube as the roll cage

no, pipe comes fender corner.
i use original airbox and kn filter.
i can take we more pictures if you need.

so you need
2x90 corner
45 corner
30 corner
and 1.5m pipe

the pipe runs across infront of the radiator and up the inner arch - god knows why it was put that side
