i have bought from them a few times for recovery straps & ratchet straps they do some good stuff there & good prices too

vitara_mad - That is eactly the same spot!! :laugh: We tried to recover it that hard somehow his steering broke too :blink:

if you want a winch i would seriously pay the bit extra and get one with a synthetic rope - much safer for begineers we have this one - would highly recomend it

Yes synthetic/dyneema rope is what I want. I used to have bicyle brake cable splintering and stabbing my hands so god only knows what a steel winch rope will do :blink:

I changed the title by clicking edit on my first post :)

Going to get some recovery gear today so at least I will have that for the snow (I pray most nights for it :laugh: )

Well i've just picked up High lift jack, a 4.5 mtrr 14ton tow strap, 4 x 3.25t shackles and another 2 mtr strap from

there are local to me, nipped and the guy has a Samurai and was very helpful and gavee me a great deal on the lot.
