3rd party - 23 years old, all mods declared, 6 years driving with no accidents and I pay just over £1k. I did opt to pay a little extra to drive other cars 3rd party on this policy tho. Also telling them that I'm a member of the big Jimny forum did knock about £100 off.

Insurance is a nightmare for us young drivers.

Its pointless trying to compare insurance with anyone, everyones details are different and insurance risk is based on alot more than what you guys have mentioned ;)

It is just a case of ringing around until you find something you can afford :)

if you haven't done so try putting your girlfriend or Mum on the insurance, I just renewed and used an online quote to find out what difference it makes... over £100 cheaper for me with the Mrs as a named driver...
